A private salon designed for the bride and her people — full-length and vanity mirrors, soft seating, salon lighting, and a "Happily Ever After" wall that photographs beautifully. Hair, makeup, robes, mimosas, the whole morning happens in one calm, on-site room.

Our event space and outdoor ceremony garden are managed by Fab! Weddings & Events under the Royal Cliff brand. Brianno's Deli Italia and Royal Cliff share the same building in Eagan, MN — when you book the venue, you get the polish of an experienced wedding and events team plus the option to bring in our authentic Italian food.

The ballroom seats up to 350 guests for a plated dinner across more than 6,500 sq. ft. of indoor event space. The outdoor ceremony garden comfortably hosts large or intimate ceremonies, and the layout flexes for cocktail-style receptions, theater seating, and trade-show formats.

Absolutely. We host high school banquets, corporate dinners and holiday parties, celebrations of life, galas and fundraisers, family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals, and faith-based gatherings. Most non-wedding events have a 4-hour minimum rental window.

Tables, chairs, linens, ceiling draping, a private event bar, a private deck, and private restrooms are included. We also provide two large projectors, two handheld microphones, and a built-in sound and lighting system. Set-up and tear-down time are part of your rental window.

Yes. The outdoor ceremony garden and indoor ceremony space are both included in our wedding packages, so weather is never a stressor on your day. We make the call together based on the forecast.
